Psychiatric medication management

If anxiety, depression or attention problems are affecting your daily life, we begin with a medical evaluation and a conversation about your options. When medication is part of the plan, we consider your health history, current prescriptions, goals and possible side effects, then check how things are going over time.

Lifestyle Management

Sleep, nutrition, movement, stress and daily routines belong in your care plan. We discuss what is hardest to manage, choose practical steps that fit your life and review what is helping over time.

Veterans’ Services

Veterans bring a range of experiences to a medical visit, and those experiences can affect sleep, stress, attention and physical health. We offer medical care for veterans and can discuss VA assessments or nexus letters when the clinical record supports them.

What a first visit is for

Your first visit is a chance to explain what brought you in and review the history that matters. That may include past diagnoses and treatment, current medications, sleep, medical conditions and how the concern affects work or home. We explain what the assessment suggests, what remains uncertain and whether records, testing, follow-up or another clinician’s input would help. A first visit does not promise a particular diagnosis or prescription.

A clear first step

Tell us what brings you in and whether you prefer Marlboro or a virtual visit. Our team can explain how to schedule, what to bring and what happens next. Medical advice and prescriptions are addressed during a clinical visit.

Common questions

Do you see adults with ADHD?

Yes. We evaluate adults 18 and older by looking at their symptoms, history and day-to-day functioning, along with other possible causes. We then discuss what the findings mean and which treatment options may help.

Can I meet by video?

Yes. Adults throughout New Jersey can meet with us virtually. Let the office know if you prefer a video appointment so we can help you schedule one.

Will I get a prescription at the first visit?

We make prescribing decisions after reviewing your history, symptoms and safety considerations. A particular medication cannot be promised before that evaluation.

Lifestyle Management

Plans designed for real life.

Sleep, meals, movement, stress and daily routines can all affect how you feel. We choose practical steps that fit your life and revisit them as your needs or treatment change.

  • Clear priorities instead of a long list of changes
  • Medication and lifestyle questions addressed together when appropriate
  • Follow-up to see what is working and what needs adjustment
